This hotel had its good points - it was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. However, we did have a bit of a problem with a mouse that had taken up residence on the rooftop. Still, it was a minor issue and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel's location in the city centre was its main selling point, but unfortunately, we had some issues with the air-conditioning system. There was no remote control, so we had to get up and adjust the temperature manually. Still, the location made up for the minor inconvenience.

We were really impressed with the hotel's proximity to the city and the abundance of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was also great to be close to Ta Kiong, which is a fantastic place to shop. Our only gripe was that parking was a bit of a challenge.
