The staff showed great attention. The hotel lacked cleanliness, and the photos on the website were very old.
The accommodation was cozy, clean, and close to tourist spots, making for a very relaxing stay with a perfect location near all attractions. The hospitality was great, the service excellent, and the place truly offers superb value for money with very hospitable staff.
“The staff made my stay and departure very convenient and I appreciated that.”
The staff made me feel very welcomed, and I really liked the location. However, there was never any toilet paper in the restroom, or it would sometimes be soaked.
The front desk staff were accommodating. No other comments.
“Ok”
The staff were very friendly and responsive, and the bed in the dorm was comfortable. The location is quiet and away from all noise, yet the center is easily reached by stairs. Shared bathrooms and shared areas need renovation and better upkeep; my bedsheet was stained when I arrived, but they changed it after I mentioned it.
