The location is quiet and close to all the city life in Porto. The space is clean and has everything needed for short stays. The room is a bit tight and the only cooling method was a small fan.

“Terrible experience”

Nothing to say positively. The property is absolutely not recommended and was a huge letdown. I followed the staff’s instructions and left my backpack in the designated locker. When I got it back, a €140 sweatshirt was missing. I reported it right away, but the only reply was that the cleaning staff hadn’t seen anything. No investigation, no solution, and the property denied any responsibility. I also reached out to the platform, which tried to get clarification but got no cooperation. The biggest disappointment was not just the missing item but the total lack of help and professionalism. I can’t recommend this place and will never return.

“Forno”

The bed was fine. With the heat, the room felt like an inferno.

“Good enough for a short stay, but with it's issues.”

The location was amazing, smack in the middle of the city, and the staff were super friendly. But the steep staircase was a pain, and there was no soundproofing in the room, so all the noise from the hallway—people screaming and making a lot of noise even after 2 am—could be heard, making it hard to sleep. Sometimes people talked and smoked in the stairs, and the smoke drifted into the room, which was uncomfortable for non‑smokers. The toilet was broken, so we had to use the top to flush it. The heating/air conditioning didn’t work, and the only fan we had was covered in dust, so we didn’t use it.
