The staff were super friendly and caring, the hotel felt cozy and quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable; a bonus is that you can sync your phone to the TV for streaming. We went to a concert and walked to the Adidas Arena, and right in front there's an Aldi. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of salty and sweet options, and the natural orange juice machine was another plus.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the proximity to public transport was great. However, our room on the 5th floor faced the street, so it was noisy; better sound insulation on the windows would be appreciated.

All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was good. When I asked for milk, I was told “don’t have”.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English well with us. The people outside were initially a bit off‑beat, and in the evening they felt a little strange.
