Boutique Hotel Massimos

The room’s equipment was stylish and retro, a bit different from everywhere else. The beds were quite comfortable with a modern mattress. We received breakfast at the requested time and it was plentiful. We chose the hotel partly because it’s close to the bus station. I expected a reception at the place called the hotel. I didn’t get an English breakfast with everything (egg, bacon, beans) even though I’ve had it in London. I didn’t understand why a continental breakfast, which would have been easier to prepare, wasn’t available. A vegetarian would have appreciated cheese or yogurt.

Everything is very nicely and stylishly decorated to detail; it’s better to see it once than to hear or read about it a hundred times.

The hotel is very stylish from the 1930s. The rooms are clean and spacious, you can feel the vibe. Access is without staff. The dedicated parking is missing.

I had already informed them in advance that I needed an invoice for the stay, and I followed up by phone and messages after the stay. Almost a month passed and I still don’t have the invoice. I consider this very unprofessional.
