The Superior Room offers one double bed for two guests and can accommodate an additional crib. An en‑suite bathroom includes free toiletries and a shower. Slippers and tea/coffee making facilities are provided for added convenience. A flat‑screen TV with Freeview channels is available for entertainment.

The place was clean, but the carpets were a little stained and old.

The bedroom was generous, the location was good, and the staff were nice, but the hotel itself looked a bit tired and worn; breakfast was large in quantity but the hot items were cold and lackluster, the chef seemed careless, though the pastries, especially the croissants, were very good.
“Nice hotel but needs updating”
The hotel is in a really brilliant location. I stayed with my grandson and wanted our room from a previous year which had a balcony for which I paid an extra £25 . This should have been refunded in my opinion as it seemed there were a couple of balcony rooms not occupied and I hadn’t had to do that the year before . Also don’t buy wristbands for the funfair here buy them at the fair as we thought buying them at the hotel was good value at £23 for a day pass when a yearly pass ( unbeknown to us) inside the park is £30 with 20% off food and drinks ! We complained and said that the staff must know that this deal was available and as a gesture to their guests should have made this information available . Not impressed with the negative attitude we were given ! In light of that and how expensive this hotel actually is (£238 for two nights) I probably won’t stay here again
