The room, one of the “freshman” sized ones, was perfect for my two‑night stay and had everything I needed; after a lot of walking around town I slept like a log in the comfortable bed. The general manager helped me find the best route to Fall Creek, and the staff I met were all very professional and made my stay a good one. No complaints—everything was very good.

The location was great and the facilities felt fresh, new, and clean. I liked the common area with a gas fireplace, wine and beer taps, snacks for purchase, and free coffee and tea, and I loved the Cornell school spirit! Friendly staff delivered a package to my room instead of making me come down for it, which I appreciated. The room needs a luggage stand, an iron/ironing board, and the mattress should be shifted because one side was saggy. I wish the front desk had been more helpful about the nearby walking path and local restaurants; I did get some suggestions eventually, but the staff seemed stumped at first. Maybe having some local maps of the campus or the commons and a list of nearby recommended restaurants on hand would help.
