The rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is decent compared to the hotel’s facilities; the housekeeping staff meet customer demands quickly. The cleanliness is terribly bad—you can actually see hair everywhere in the bathroom. The lobby is dirty, the corridors are bare, and the bathrooms are unclean; there are no towels or toothpaste for guests (4‑star). Anyone will ask why the room hasn’t been changed, because the front desk says this is the best room available, and the internet is weak.
