Everything was good, but the location was not ideal for the area where I was working.

I have nothing to complain about. We were warmly welcomed even before check‑in. The staff are well trained at the front desk, the dining service, and housekeeping. There’s no noise inside, the rooms are well ventilated, and the air conditioning works fine. The parking is spacious and easy to navigate. The only issue is that the curtains look like they’ve never been washed or replaced; they were very dirty, with stains and dust. Also, we had to wait for the kitchen to restock coffee and cutlery. The kitchen team seems small, as they were running around and couldn’t meet the demand. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Absolutely nothing good. The so‑called pool is only 30 cm deep, which is the biggest absurdity I’ve ever seen! The hotel claimed it was 1.30 m deep – that’s a lie! My son is 1.10 m tall and the water hit his knees! It’s a scam! Breakfast was awful, even better breakfasts were offered at simple inns. The minibar didn’t chill anything! I didn’t complain because it was only one day. Check‑in was delayed by half an hour, which is ridiculous since check‑out can’t take any extra minutes. I don’t recommend it and I wouldn’t return.

The room was comfortable (they take out the trash and make the bed), has a minibar, TV, a bathroom with hot water and air conditioning, and a good variety of breakfast items! It’s very pretty, well located, and the staff are super polite. The only downside is that it’s on a main avenue near schools, so there’s a lot of car and child noise, but the room is quiet enough.
