The staff were highly professional, friendly, respectful, always ready to help. A huge thank you to the front‑desk manager Farouk, an incredibly kind and helpful man! The food met our expectations, and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Nothing else to note.

The reception team was outstanding. Special thanks to Aya, Sara, and Douaa for ensuring we had no problems during our stay. We had a small mix‑up with the room type at check‑in, but they fixed it quickly and professionally. They even let us check in early because my mom was exhausted from a long flight – a truly kind and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable and the stay was very pleasant. Nothing else worth mentioning – the minor booking glitch was resolved immediately by the staff.
