Booking and checking in was straightforward; the staff were certainly friendly, but I never actually interacted with them because everything worked perfectly through the terminal and the room key cards.

The breakfast staff were very nice, and adding one extra breakfast on short notice was hassle‑free; checking in at the kiosk felt unusual but was very simple.

The view into the greenery was great, everything was spotless, and my apartment was large and beautiful. I can't think of anything negative.
