The spot has a great location; the only thing they warned us about was to be careful in the area at night. The owner was very friendly, it’s close to the beach, Conchal, and Flamingo beach, and there’s free parking. The downside was that the area was not very pleasant to walk around at night, so they told us to be careful. The hotel pool was small and dirty, so we didn’t use it and it was always full of people. The hotel toilet’s cistern took a very long time to fill, so we had to scoop water with buckets to flush the toilet. The shower had no hot water, and the bathroom had no window.
