The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi, an international restaurant with terrace, and a modern bar. Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool in summer, and explore the nearby Ludwig Forum für Internationale Kunst, a modern art museum.

The staff are always friendly. The room and bathroom are well maintained. The new self‑check‑in at the automated kiosk is not an improvement after a long drive.

Well‑equipped rooms, the bar with very friendly staff was open until 23:00. The digital check‑in process without staff contact is fine for me but feels very impersonal and, for example, impossible for older people without an email address.

I’ve stayed here four times now and it’s still a great spot; the breakfast is excellent and everything you need is available, with no complaints at all.
