“Funcional pero Impersonal”

The buses were convenient and walking to the center was possible through a nice area. The room was functional, spacious, and had access to a shared kitchen. There were complimentary biscuits and coffee pods in the room. Everything was automated, and we never saw anyone on duty. Finding the accommodation was difficult; nothing was posted outside, so we had to ask a few girls who were staying there. It felt very impersonal, like a hospital room. The area under the bed was very dirty, and the bathroom amenities were just barely enough.

Availability and courtesy; cleanliness and a quiet location. Completely missing soap, shower foam, and single-use shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast could be more varied and plentiful. Parking was hard to find.

“Ottima struttura”

The room was spotless, the building was quiet, and it was very close to Borgo Trento hospital. Check‑in was easy and fast.

The location is good. It’s a 20‑minute walk from Arena di Veroni, through normal, well‑lit streets. It sits on a short stretch between two main roads with continuous traffic, so it was noisy, but closing the terrace door fixed that. The terrace wasn’t cleaned of previous tenants’ rubbish. The room and bathroom were clean. The room is very small and doesn’t have space for a chair, so the duvet cover can’t be folded or bags aren’t on the floor. There is no iron in the apartment, probably for security reasons. I was at an event and needed to iron clothes, but the answer was that there is a dry‑cleaning office in the neighboring building (with working hours).
