The room is equipped with air‑conditioning, a coffee machine and a minibar for personal comfort. One double bed accommodates two guests. The private bathroom offers a walk‑in shower, slippers and free toiletries, and a flat‑screen cable TV provides entertainment.
“Décevant et pas à la hauteur de ce qui nous a été vendu”
The price was good. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned each day; only the towels were changed and the bed made, nothing else was done. The sheep under the bed, the sink clogged upon arrival and nobody noticed. The duvet was stained, the duvet cover was turned the wrong way (head to foot). The carpet in the dining room was stained, proving the cleaning was not done. No respect for guests.
“Amadorismo na gestão”
The location was quiet, although the noise from a party in the village was quite annoying. The bed was good. The shower dripped water outwards. Access to the outdoor pool must be taken outside the hotel (!). The pool chairs are in a terrible state and lack cushions.
“Agradável”
Outdoor and indoor pool plus breakfast. The shower was leaking; they should refill the breakfast items more often.
“Un peu decu”
More cleanliness is needed, the carpet should be replaced and the breakfast variety increased. I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was delighted, but now it feels like a lot has changed and not necessarily for the better; a real disappointment!
