We come back here every year for an event and the staff is always wonderful. The rooms stay clean and comfortable, and the onsite amenities we’ve used are always great.

I was there for the horror convention; the hotel sits in a nice neighbourhood but feels very far from the city centre. It’s expensive for a property that is far from luxurious and distant from downtown Houston, and the interior looks dated.

It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in was good. Everyone was very nice. I didn’t like the shower. The water pressure was not that good. I feel like I couldn’t get the soap off of me. Same with shampooing my hair and conditioner. It took me forever to try to get the conditioner out of my hair
