For anyone who skis, the location can’t be beat – I woke up, grabbed breakfast at 7‑11, picked up a board and headed straight to the slopes. A nearby café called “у Китайца” and the superb pizzeria “У Итальянца” were both within walking distance, and there’s also a great massage place close by.

The hotel’s location is perfect for wakeboarders—you’re literally inside the park, and just three steps away there’s a 7‑Eleven plus a slew of eateries for every taste; the pizza right next to the 7‑Eleven is excellent, and across the street the shop serves authentic cuisine you can take out and enjoy on your veranda. My deluxe room overlooked the garden, was large, essentially two‑room, and came with a kitchenette (microwave, fairly big fridge, kettle, basic cookware). The bathroom was combined and roomy, and the room featured a safe, wardrobe, nightstands, and a big bed. The only thing I didn’t love was the mattress—it was rock‑hard, making sleep uncomfortable, and the blanket was tiny for a double bed. Those issues were minor and didn’t spoil the overall impression.

The location was really calm and peaceful, and it was close to the elephant refuge attraction. It's a great spot if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

The resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by a beautiful lake where you can go water skiing. My room was perfect, and the manager was exceptional - I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about - this place is pretty much perfect. The staff is super friendly, the location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a bit pricey, but if you're looking for a hassle-free stay, this is a great choice.
