“The trip from hell”

The room was well lit and I felt safe walking my dog out at night, but there was no coffee maker, blow dryer, or enough toiletries for two people. The tub was disgusting, the toilet was loose on the floor, and the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time—there was even grime on it. We had to wait until 6 o’clock to get into our room, and it took four hours for the cleaning crew to supposedly finish. The heater didn’t work well, so I spent the first night with cold air blowing on my head, freezing. All rooms were booked, so we couldn’t change. I won’t ever return or recommend it; it was the worst trip I’ve ever had. Breakfast was a joke—coffee tasted like cheap crap and there was nothing for diabetics. I had to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. I found another hotel in town that offered a healthy breakfast buffet with a pool and hot tub for just a little more cost. You’ll need to make some changes if you want to compete.

I liked the free WiFi, but they didn’t give us two queens as advertised. The couch had a stained cover, the room had a terrible smell, sticky floors, and dirt in the corners.

The location was excellent, with shops nearby and food options, and it was pretty quick to get there. The beds were clean and very comfortable, but the bathrooms were pretty dirty. We rented three rooms and all of them had dirty bathrooms full of hair everywhere.
