Beautiful Riad! The staff was extremely helpful with arrangements and made us feel like we were their only guests. Our favorite was the luggage porter who met us outside the Medina and guided us to the riad and then did the reverse when we departed!. Didn’t love not having a bathroom/dressing area on the same floor as the sleeping area. If this is a requirement, request a room without stairs

Het is echt een 1001 nacht sprookjes hotel! Prachtige vormgeving, de binnentuin waar de kamers op uitkomen is formidabel. Het eten is heerlijk, personeel zeer hoffelijk, de manager integer en geduldig. Geweldige ervaring gehad

The best thing about this property is the staff-by far the most friendly and hospitable staff you will come across. The facilities are pretty minimal as well as the cleanliness of the place. The location of the property is not for the faint hearted-you will need to arrange for someone to pick you up and drop you off -which the property handles easily. This is the case for many places inside the Medina

Absolut top! Das Zimmer war riesig und super schön. Vor allem die Dachterrasse war ein weiteres Highlight. Eine unglaubliche Sicht über die Medina. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, das Morgenessen ebenfalls (klein aber fein). Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist, dass wir einen Kofferservice zum und vom Hotel hatten. Das hat bestens geklappt. Aziz hat uns da mit seiner fröhlichen Art sehr geholfen und unsere Koffer durch die schmalen Gassen der Medina chauffiert, vielen Dank lieber Aziz!. Nichts, und wenn wir die Chance haben, wieder einmal nach Fes zu kommen, dann wissen wir, wo wir übernachten wollen

The history of the building, its thoughtful restoration, the decor. An absolutely stunning property in a very central location within the medina. the padlocks could be bigger?
