The staff were friendly and the breakfast tasted great, but the accommodation itself could use a renovation and was not very comfortable. Since swimming in the sea was difficult during the rainy season, I would choose a place with a pool next time.

“We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are fantastic.”

The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and friendly; the Wi‑Fi was great, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent, especially the friendly dogs Surf and Spice. However, there were many stray dogs in the streets around the property that were noisy at night and made walking past uncomfortable.

“Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – unsauber und laut”

The breakfast was good and the location near the beach is convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms do not match the pictures, look old and are sometimes speckled. Both the rooms and bathrooms were unclean. The hotel is very noisy, the windows are leaky, so a lot of outside noise can be heard, and insects also enter the rooms. Additionally, there was a construction site right next to the hotel during our stay, which amplified the noise. Overall, we did not feel comfortable.

“Endroit paisible et une équipe incroyable !”

The place is very cute and peaceful, and the team is truly kind-hearted! The small breakfasts are very, very good and varied! I recommend this spot; the location is ideal, between the main beach, Hiriketiya Beach and Dickwella Beach.

The breakfast is an absolute delight and the common areas are fantastic. The shared room smelled quite damp, but considering the price, the hostel is great.
