It looks exactly like the photos, has heating, and the staff are very kind. The tour guides will pick you up at this hotel. It isn’t in the city centre but it isn’t far either; you can walk there. For the price, the quality is superb. The breakfast is American‑style and is available from 6am.

The rooms are modern, and the heating kept me warm, so I didn’t need a heavy pajama at night because the temperature stayed at 23 degrees.

The hotel is very pretty, the rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and have excellent heating. The bathroom is immaculate, the shower is powerful, and overall very clean. The staff, especially at reception, were always super friendly and ready to help. They have a bar and a restaurant, and we were served very well. I highly recommend them; they’re very helpful. Breakfast was very complete: juices, coffee, milk, puddings, eggs, etc. for all tastes. The girls who served breakfast were very sweet and pleasant. The only thing I’d suggest is that the croissants at breakfast didn’t look fresh; that’s the only thing I’d change.

“Buena experiencia”

The staff were very kind, they remembered my birthday and brought a mini cake with a candle to my room, very attentive and the place was beautiful. The minibar in the room didn’t list prices for items.

“Recomendado”

The place was very comfortable, the only thing that was fine (you just need to walk a short distance to reach Calafate), the breakfast was good and varied, and the staff were extremely kind. The pools and spa were not operating that week, and the checkout time was too early at 10:00 am.
