The hot spring was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the bed and linens were fine. But the room was very worn out, paint had peeled off the walls, and even though we were the only guests we got a non‑renovated room. One bed was good, the other had a depression from people having slept there. Flies were everywhere!!! In Kintamani you’re constantly surrounded by flies, so it’s actually unbearable to be by the pool or anywhere outdoors.

The pool with hot water is a must! The view is exceptional. The person who handled everything was very kind.
