The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that provide a comfortable stay for families and travelers visiting the holy city of Dwarka. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The property offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the city crowds while still being conveniently located for visiting the Dwarkadhish Temple and other local attractions. The food served at the restaurant was tasty and offered a good variety of vegetarian options. Some dishes were slightly on the salty side for my preference, but the staff were very accommodating and happy to adjust the seasoning upon request. The cleanliness standards throughout the hotel were impressive, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, Fern Sattva Resort is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Dwarka, offering a combination of comfort, hospitality, and value for money. I would gladly recommend it to families, pilgrims, and tourists looking for a relaxing stay in Dwarka. None for our first time staying here

The building looked great from the outside and the staff were friendly and professional, but the breakfast and dinner lacked the variety I’d seen at other hotels of the same level.

I was really impressed with this resort - it's clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the pool area is relaxing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the food options are a bit limited, and the service at the restaurant can be a bit slow.
