The staff service was good, but I didn't like the runny toilet, the slightly broken handle, some of the cosmetic issues in the bathroom, and the lighting in the room wasn't good enough for doing content and makeup.

It was easily accessible and quiet, but breakfast wasn't great.

The staff were kind, the bed was comfortable and clean, there was a coffee maker with tea, coffee, sugar, and powdered milk, which I liked; everything was fine and there was nothing I didn't like.

The pool and location were good, but the cost for this hotel is way too expensive for Marshall, MO; the charge is far too high for this area and they do it because there is no competition! The room rate should be as low as $115.00 to $125.00 per night. We travel here for family but this is ridiculous! We paid less in St. Louis and Kansas City—lower the rate! Also, the guest dryer needs to be fixed or replaced; with what you charge you could definitely do that.
