The location was convenient, yet when I woke up the next day there was no hot water in my room; the front desk initially assured me it would be fixed, but after a second call they told me to keep the tap running longer, only to later admit a leak and say it would be repaired in half an hour—40 minutes passed with no water, and I had to leave for an important meeting without showering, all while the staff offered no apology. The café service was poor: at 11 a.m. there was only one waitress, she barely attended tables, and I had to beg for a coffee; she even demanded I pay the bill before drinking it and then sent me to reception to exchange a 5‑euro note. Elevator buttons on the ground floor were broken and malfunctioned.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were spacious and very pleasant, but the bathroom left something to be desired.

Overall I liked it, especially how perfect the rooms were, but they gave me two beds instead of the extra‑large one I had requested, and because of the long line at reception I couldn't change it.
