The rooms were fine, but the staff and the food left something to be desired.

The location is good; the first time I stayed it was very clean, but this time the bathrooms were stained, there was a constant AC noise, and when I asked for a room change or help the staff were indifferent and seemed to not care.

- good sized room - fridge in room. - close to Park street. - It is my 3rd or 4th time at this hotel, and the first time I have payment issues. They didn't accept my Indian debit card as pre payment (which they always did in the past), so I gave my international credit card number to guarantee the room. They took the money without waiting for me to arrive and settle through my Indian account. Very disappointed!! - prices are on the higher side of the spectrum for the services provided
