The en‑suite bathroom provides a shower, towels, hairdryer, electric kettle and heating. Free Wi‑Fi, a fan and heating complete the indoor climate amenities.

A private terrace on the ground floor offers garden views and outdoor furniture, accessed through a dedicated entrance. The studio sleeps two on a double bed, with a crib available, and includes a sofa, wardrobe, drying rack, clothes rack, linen, and a tile‑marble floor. The private bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper, while the room provides a refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, heating, fan, a socket by the bed, mosquito net and free Wi‑Fi.

“Estadia falhada”
I planned a short stay with my dogs at what was supposed to be a pet‑friendly rural lodging. Upon arrival, the owner immediately told me the dogs could only walk on a leash, meaning I would have to leave the apartment to walk them, effectively confining them to the property. If I wanted to go to the pool, the animals would have to stay inside the apartment. I ended up staying in Lisbon, where I had better options… The result was we left without spending a night there. We lost two hundred euros and more. They also charged an extra 30€ for the dogs, which at least they returned sensibly. To top it off, there was no television.
“Com muito sossego”
The house was spectacularly clean and very tasteful… I loved it. Nothing to criticize.

I was really impressed with the owner's availability, flexibility, and kindness. The studio and entire property were very welcoming and had great conditions, and I appreciated that pets were allowed - it was a really lovely stay.

A beautiful spot, surrounded by nature but close to Tomar. The room was great and very spacious. The outdoor area was very pleasant. However, we felt it would make more sense for the 20€ late‑checkout supplement to allow us to stay in the accommodation later. A 12 pm checkout seems quite standard at many places, so it doesn’t justify that cost.
A calm site, only a few kilometres from Tomar’s centre. I recommend it and will definitely return. Nothing else to add.
