De locatie is uitstekend. De personeel is behulpzaam en lief. Er hangt een zwaar 'geur/verfrisser' door het hele hotel; dat mag minder. Het is een te zware verfrisser.

Nice people, professional, friendly, accommodating. Great location with lots of shops nearby. The hotel is small and the common areas are limited.

الموقع رائع جدا وجميع الخدمات حولك من سوبرماركت ومقاهي ومطاعم وحلويات الغرفه واسعه نوعا ما الاستقبال جيدين وخدوميين النظافه رائعه للغرف وللمرافق جلسه المقهى تحت الفندق جميله عندهم خدمه حفظ الامتعه. الافطار ليس متنوع بالشكل الجيد ( لاتوجد مخبوزات منوعه ولا فاكهه منوعه ولا حلويات ) لايصل للدرجه 4 نجوم الجلسات محدوده للافطار

The location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the receptionists were very accommodating. The building sits in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good, and the noise cancellation in the windows was remarkably effective. We had to check out two nights early after changing our return flights, but we weren’t given a partial refund; they claimed our reservation was non‑refundable even though it was free cancellation and we should have been eligible for a partial refund because we left two nights early. We didn’t expect that and had to leave anyway, but it didn’t upset us too much.
