The chef was friendly and the manager was fine, but the food needed more moderation and the service felt dated.

Good clean rooms, but there was a leakage on the roof outside our room.

The facilities were good. Billing was confusing, with different reception staff giving varying instructions. Jayesh took an advance, saying I still had to pay in full and the advance would be refunded after 15 days, which felt odd. Later at checkout another lady adjusted the advance so I didn’t wait 15 days. The hotel needs clearer, more transparent policies.

Vijay Sathe says this is the best place to be and his kids want to return. Narayan is the best staff, and Front Desk staff Sneha is very helpful, offering many solutions to queries. Thank you, and we’d like to revisit. Nothing else to add.
