“Wenn wieder in Phuket, dann nie in diesem Hotel; vor allem wegen Lage”

The property itself isn’t bad, but we barely used it because it rained hard the whole two‑day stay and we never got to use the pool. I can’t tell who the hotel usually targets; guests feel totally mistrusted: towels were only given out after signing a time‑stamp. At check‑out we were told to wait five minutes for the room to be inspected. A Grab driver was already waiting; my request to cut the wait to three minutes was dismissed, which felt very unfriendly. The room was fine, but the location is poor—nothing nearby. Positive reviews probably come only from guests with cars. To make matters worse, the address was listed incorrectly, so taxis and Grab drivers repeatedly took us to a completely different place.

The staff were constantly attentive and warm during our visit, the property looked stunning, particularly the pool area, everything stayed very clean and our room was immaculate and cozy. We also enjoyed the view of the Muay Thai training zone, which was a neat perk since my boyfriend trained there and loved the sessions with both coaches. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.

“Excellent long term comfortable and value for money stay”

Bit away from the crowded fitness street but still easily accessible- quiet haven is exactly what i was looking for -friendly staff, great owner who ensures staff and guests are comfortable- what more can you ask for? Food is also very reasonable and delicious. on hot/rainy days it is a bummer having to walk that extra 20 mins to fitness street - also if u need to go back and forth- sorted my problem by getting a scooter ( cheap but scary lol)

“Relaxing, good vibes and amazing staff.”

I had an awesome stay at Coco. The staff is very kind and helpful, the bed is comfortable and you have everything you need there. They also offer muay thai and yoga classes, so you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. The environment is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to train in soi tai ed or wants a family retreat. I liked everything

“Great value for money and a great stay!”

I like the foliage, ie. the palm trees, plants and and flowers that decorated the property. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and the room I was in met my expectations. The location is a bit in a remote location but I knew that prior to booking
