“Boa, mas pode melhorar.”
Clean and pleasant room. Food was very good. The soda should have been in a can since it’s all inclusive, and the menu should have more zero‑sugar options.

The meals and drinks were great and the service was very welcoming, but the elevator was tiny, slow when called, the mattress needs improvement, and I found the staff numbers insufficient, which left those on duty overworked.

The staff were attentive, the food was wonderful, and the facilities were amazing, but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were hard.

The room was spacious, yet the bathroom felt cramped and the single‑bed mattresses were poor.
