The rooms are modern. The entrance hall gives off a very old-fashioned vibe.

The food at Tavino was very good, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. There was a specially decorated birthday table, and the wellness and fitness area was nice. The table reservation system at Tavino was a bit confusing—sometimes it worked at the reception, sometimes it didn’t.

The building itself is stunning, and its location right by the Kurpark yet still central is great. The hotel is dog‑friendly; a dog bed and bowls were ready for us.

I enjoyed the ambience; the house evokes the elegant glow of the 1920s. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent with good options. Parking was an issue, but the hotel solved it by issuing tickets that let you park on the paid public lot for €4 per night, which isn’t overly expensive.
