The location was good. Breakfast was fine, but it would have been better if the coffee service was a machine that let you drink freely. The pool staff were friendly. Cleaning seemed lacking because a previous guest’s slippers appeared under the curtain. A hanger outside for drying clothes would be handy.

Beautiful hotel and property, superb beachfront location, and the staff are friendly.

Saipan is generally in decline or just starting to recover after a devastating crisis; this is the only property still operating and the area around it has literally fallen into ruins, yet it somehow keeps going. The bathroom needs a makeover, and the restaurant staff aren’t very good in English.

The staff were exceptional and welcoming, check‑in was quick and hassle‑free. We loved everything, just wish the beds were bigger!

4月にあった台風のダメージから復活して再開してくれた事に感謝. 良くないというより やはり台風の傷あとが生々しい。
