It was authentic, well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful and clean while the rest of the hotel was spotless. My only criticism is that we expected a better view; I had previously discussed with the hotel that our room would have a view. We were assigned room 18 and it faced a wall, which was disappointing and not what I had anticipated from our conversations.

The location and room were great, but the breakfast could be better.

The spot is spot on, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The flat sits in a great spot, right next to everything you need.

Breakfast was really good, the location is excellent, and it’s inside the ZTL so watch out if you’re driving. Just a few blocks from the center and a bunch of restaurants. The flat is super complete with a kitchen, washing machine and good air‑conditioning. The team is friendly and courteous. I didn’t like that I only had a few days to enjoy Florence; I plan to come back.
