The historic building and its outbuildings are beautiful in a small hamlet near Murten. The rooms are beautifully appointed, even though ours didn’t have a view. The on‑site fine dining is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Nothing else to mention.

We didn’t like the clear glass doors in the shower and toilet; we would have preferred frosted glass at least. The living‑room window had a screen, which was great, but the bedroom window didn’t.
