Simple, but complete and comfortable. Very good location. The air conditioning was hard to regulate.

We had an excellent stay! The host was very attentive, helpful, and available throughout the whole period, always ready to assist when needed. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. We definitely recommend the accommodation and hope to return next time! We had no negative points. Everything was excellent during the stay.

The room was very clean and modern. The shower was good and everything you need was present. Self‑check‑in went smoothly. The air‑con worked well. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the Sassi. Parking can be free in front of the door (white lines) but you have to be lucky to find a spot. We parked five minutes further in the paid zone (blue lines) but it was only €5 for 24 hours, so that was fine!

Convenient location for visiting Matera. The room was clean. Check‑in and check‑out were autonomous, with instructions received from the host via WhatsApp. The room was available an hour before the scheduled check‑in, so we could settle in early. No complaints.
