I had a very bad experience, mainly because of the staff's behavior.

This place is a complete disaster. The staff is unfriendly, the rooms are dirty, and the amenities are non-existent. I've never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. The location is convenient, but that's about it. The hotel itself is a dump.

The worst experience I've ever had with a host. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely rude and demanding, asking for extra money on top of the original amount shown in the booking app. They even had the nerve to ask us to cancel the booking so they could charge us whatever they wanted, and they actually followed through on it. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
