The staff (Esteban) were very friendly and helpful, the garden and space was comfortable and beautiful and natural for the city. The restaurant was convenient, had delicious food and friendly staff!. It was good

I could check out later and the hotel arranged transport to and from the airport, but it was pretty noisy at night.

“Secure and relaxing hotel!”

The hotel is a beautiful spot just 15 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport, with plenty of parking, the Riviera Restaurant next door, a nice pool, charming rooms, and comfy beds; only a few steps are needed and the gated entrance gives a secure feel. The TV wasn’t smart and there were no channels.

The proximity to the airport and free shuttle were great, and the refurbished rooms are bright and modern, though some still have carpets that affect the scent. The hotel restaurant is decent.

Close to the airport, the restaurant is nice with a good, hearty breakfast, and the staff is friendly. The beds are very soft and uncomfortable, the rooms are dark, small, and feel old‑fashioned, the TV offers only a few channels, the pool was blocked by construction materials (iron rods across it), the restaurant staff seemed unfriendly, and some dishes were overpriced.
