Never go to this property unless you’re into smoking crack, selling drugs, and listening to women sound like they’re being assaulted. The tubs and toilets don’t work, and there’s too much going on that’s not my lifestyle. Don’t go there. Nothing else.

It was wonderful—the room was nice and clean, the environment was quiet, the air was super cold, the water was really hot, and the kids loved the outside pool. It was right across from the beach, within walking distance, and I loved everything about it except that you can’t smoke on the balcony—you have to go to the parking area to smoke, which I think is crazy. Other than that, the room and area were a 10/10; definitely will return again. The only downside was not being able to smoke on the balcony.

Nothing. The bed was molded and I wasn’t offered a different room because they were all booked for the night. I was offered a full refund and have yet to receive any of it almost a month later. Don’t waste your time.

The pool area was nice, but water leaked in the bathroom, the hotel claimed to be beachfront yet it wasn’t, and the elevators needed servicing.
