“Molto accoglienti e premurosi nel soddisfare le proprie esigenze”
The welcome was great, but the bathroom was very damp and sometimes gave off a bad odor.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot shower was great. I liked being near the salt flats—super interesting. The AC worked well and the pool was a lifesaver. Overall amazing. The room could use a general touch‑up; it looked a bit tired, but it was well equipped.

The property was not hygienically in good order, so we never checked in. They offered a different room upon arrival than the one promised on a higher floor. The washrooms carried a foul smell and the whole property needs standards raised. Not clean.
The bed was the only good thing.
Excellent Stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota during a business trip. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful environment, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, calm, quiet, clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms are also impressively large and comfortable. From the reception staff to everyone we interacted with, the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was their honesty and excellent customer service. We accidentally left my husband’s blazer in the cupboard and didn’t realize it until the hotel called us the very next day to inform us. We were extremely grateful for their attentiveness. They even arranged to send the blazer to us by courier, which was truly appreciated. The food was also delicious and tasty, and overall, we felt that the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Jade Green Hotel to anyone visiting Hambantota. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant!
