The wall paintings and balcony scenery were nice, but the facilities looked very old, like the mini‑fridge, sink, blankets, and air‑conditioning.

The room offered a marvelous view, and the city of Xilitla feels magical from above; the room was clean, the beds were good and comfortable, the only issue was a few small cleaning details in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The bathroom cleanliness could definitely be improved—there’s mold that could be removed with daily cleaning. Also, the minisplit drain hose in the shower should be washed so the dirt isn’t visible.

It’s centrally located and the view of the mountains is great.

Super clean. The reception lady gave very good service. Overall highly recommended. Very well located. A point for improvement would be adding some TV programming.
