The stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, but the front desk staff are stunning, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. If you want amazing service in a gorgeous setting, stay here! The only flaw I could find is that the stunning environment, perfect location, and flawless front desk service left me with zero complaints.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by several disappointments, particularly with the quality of the coffee served at breakfast and the limited selection of beverages in the business lounge. The absence of red wine for three days and the scarcity of beer were notable issues. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations.

Despite some drawbacks, my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant due to the cleanliness, comfort, and attentive service. However, the brief duration of my stay was a notable limitation.

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several key areas, including air conditioning, the gym, and the swimming pool, which was not functioning properly. Additionally, the breakfast was a letdown. While these issues detracted from the overall experience, there is no mention of any redeeming qualities.
