This air-conditioned hotel is easily accessible from A10 and N10 roads, providing free on-site parking. It's a 15-minute drive from Parc de Futuroscope and 3 km from Poitiers, with a nearby wildlife park.

The highlight was definitely the restaurant, with a chef who was both confident and friendly. At night, the air‑conditioner was switched off, so the room stayed at a comfortable 25 °C. The concierge tried to convince me that the air‑con could be controlled centrally via an app, which was nonsense and damaged the hotel’s reputation.

The dinner at the restaurant was good, the location was convenient, and there was a nice park for the dog to run around. However, paying 30€ per pet felt steep; a similar Best Western in Rouen charges much less and even provides pet bowls and a small cushion, which this branch lacks. The room was acceptable but the air‑con was broken and there were many tiny bugs.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Still, it feels somewhat old‑fashioned and doesn’t match the modern vibe shown in the photos on the website.
