The Penthouse Apartment offers lake views from its private setting. It contains six separate bedrooms, a living room and a dining area, with six built‑in beds plus three extra beds and one crib, accommodating up to 24 guests. “A Wonderful Stay at Terra on a Hill – Truly Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
We had a wonderful stay at Terra on a Hill, and the whole team made it feel so comfortable and relaxed that it stayed with us. The owners, Vikrant Sir and Anastasiya, were personally involved throughout and made us feel genuinely cared for. When we had unexpected car trouble, Vikrant Sir went out of his way to arrange the AMT fluid from Wai, which meant a lot during a stressful moment. Anastasiya took excellent care of us with the food, being flexible with our preferences and paying attention to small details that made our meals enjoyable. The staff – Shivam, Surya, Deepak, and Pradip – were always helpful, responsive, and polite, whether it was housekeeping, meals, or random requests, and they ensured our comfort. What set Terra apart was that everything felt personal, not transactional, and the hospitality was genuinely caring. We would definitely return and recommend Terra to friends and family. The only downside was the location, which is a bit off the main market area, so having a vehicle or arranging one for local travel is useful. Also, because it rained a lot during our stay, the path from the parking area to the property became slippery at times; a bit more attention during the monsoon would make the walk safer. Aside from those small points, everything else was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Terra.
