I’d definitely recommend this place for a trip to Queenstown; I stayed six nights in August for skiing in a ground‑floor room, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, organized, and spacious, and every amenity and facility was great. The large commercial washing machine and dryer were easy to use. The location is outstanding, just a short walk into the CBD. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The service and staff were amazing, the walk to the centre of Queenstown is super close, and the balcony offers a ‘bella vista’.

The walk to all Queenstown attractions is quick, the place is clean and quiet, and the staff were great and pleasant. However, there wasn’t enough space to sit and eat—only one chair in the room and no table. Water pressure was poor, though there was a lot of roadwork that might have caused that.
