Your website is misleading. I was too short to get in and out of the bathroom. We should have been moved to a handicap‑capable room. I was given a step stool to get in and out of the tub.

The hot tub is nice. The location isn’t great and it wasn’t very clean.

The bed was at least comfortable. The staff were put out, the room felt used, and what the hell is with that “disco ball” shower head?

I was thrilled to find a hot tub in our room and the bed felt very comfortable, but the place could have been cleaner and the single jet on the tub was broken.

I had expected a terrible experience after reading the reviews, yet the hotel was better than I thought; the room was fairly clean, the bed and mattress were cozy, and the bathroom was acceptable. However, the front‑desk man was a bit unfriendly and neither bedside lamp worked.
