I went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised: the location was excellent, the tiny boutique hotel offered great value, cleanliness was solid, and I’d definitely return to Nice. It was also nice that umbrellas and beach towels were provided for beach trips.

The hotel is close to the old town and has good services. The room and bathroom are very small and need repairs.

The location is good and pleasant. The room and especially the bathroom (shower) are quite small and could be better maintained and cleaner.

Location is perfect! The bed is comfortable. and size of the room is good. Only thing missing was a fridge. For 2 nights it was perfect. You can hear noises from other rooms amd doors closing
