“TATAN EN TU RUTA MX RECOMIENDA ESTE LUGAR”
Everything was comfy, especially the mattresses and pillows, but the doors needed a little upkeep—they were peeling.
The location and attentive staff were great, yet the staff communication left me in a room without service; they swapped rooms quickly, but the mattress was hard and the bathroom had a frosted window that lets light in at night.
The location was fine, but the facilities were poorly maintained.
“No vayan a ese hotel”
We only stayed an hour before I left to find another place. From the moment we arrived, the reception was unfriendly; there was no elevator, and even though they saw we were two seniors and a child, they only offered help once we were already on the second floor with our luggage. It felt more like a “quarterhouse” than a hotel, with narrow hallways smelling strongly of disinfectant. The ventilation was nonexistent—no AC or fan—so we had to close the door for a moment just to catch our breath. The bed linens were horribly stained, the pillows were thin and crumpled, and I eventually found a better hotel on the way back. When we checked out, the manager ignored me, didn’t even look me in the eye, and said nothing. Staying there was inhumane.
Very good overall, nothing to complain about.
