Wonderful hotel! So much luxury and comfort. Highly recommended if you’ve just had a long flight and want a couple of days to relax. Nothing negative to mention.

The staff are cute and the rooms are large, but there’s no balcony, the location is bad, and there’s nowhere to walk to.

Everything! The hotel and the rooms were magnificent, the staff were pleasant, and it was a perfect stay. The only drawback was that the hotel's location wasn’t ideal.

The staff were genuinely sweet and the service was good; the rooms were clean and overall it was a nice experience. The only downside was that at the pool you had to buy drinks from the bar and couldn't bring your own, plus you pay 100 baht for a wash in the machine.

The location was great. The only issue was that there was no porter service.
