All the facilities and amenities were well supplied, and we could cook with every piece of equipment they offered. The room and toilet were clean, and we felt safe inside even though strong winds and rain battered the outside. The surroundings were peaceful and close to nature, which we loved. The on‑site staff were very helpful; I left something there and they checked it and kept it safe. The only negative was that water seeped in at the room entrance during rain, so we had to be careful when entering or leaving. The pillows felt a bit firmer than I’d like.

The location was fantastic and the staff’s service was outstanding, but the shower room could use a bit more space to be perfect.

The location was great, and there were no particular negatives.

Everything was well supplied so I could arrive with nothing and still be fine; the food was delicious, the facilities were flawless and usable regardless of the weather, and all the restrooms and the central house were spotless. Even though I was nervous about winter camping, the heating worked perfectly, letting me relax like I was in a luxury hotel while glamping, and the evening fire was a joy thanks to the friendly staff who sold us firewood and helped a fire‑novice like me have a great time. The scenery was stunning, with deep snow giving the feeling of being abroad, and Mt. Yoshidake glowing in the sunset; birds sang loudly each morning and, if you’re lucky, you might even spot wildlife. My mother, a complete outdoor beginner, was thrilled, making it a wonderful memory and a lavish break from our busy lives. I’ve tried other glamping sites, but this one was by far the most comfortable and the one I’d love to return to for any season.
